Samuel Bookhardt III earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 1994 from the University of Central Florida. He then went on to Stetson University College of Law in St. Petersburg, Florida where he earned his Juris Doctor degree in 1997.
He joined the State Attorney's Office in 1997 as Assistant State Attorney. He tried over 50 jury trials, and managed the litigation of over 2,000 criminal cases, both felony and misdemeanor.
Samuel Bookhardt III handles criminal defense and personal injury cases for the firm. With the knowledge and experience gained as prosecutor for the State Attorney's Office, his insight into the justice system is an asset in representing the firm's clients in both criminal and civil cases.
Samuel Bookhardt III is a member in good standing with The Florida Bar, the Brevard County Bar Association, Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Florida Justice Association.
